Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

With all original tags and hygiene liners attached

Free from stains, odors, or signs of wear
For hygiene reasons, leggings and shorts must be tried on over underwear.

Important:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not cover duties, taxes, or import fees on returned packages. All return shipments must be prepaid by the sender.
Sale & Discounted Items

Items purchased with a 30% discount or more are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Items purchased with a discount under 30% are eligible for return within the 14-day return window.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

We currently process returns for refund only, allowing you to place a new order for your preferred item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details, and we’ll take care of it.
